Wednesday and Thursday we primed and painted the big bedroom in the basement. The chosen colour is BLACK - teenagers!! I was very resistant to the idea, giving in only because I remember wanting a black bedroom at the same age. Now that we have the first coat on, she is less sure and I LOVE IT!!
Today - buying hardware to put up a closet bar in the storage space under the stairs and bringing down the luggage to the same space. Then if all goes well (the three year old does not have a melt down) I will bring some shelves from the garage to the box room and see what can be moved down for storage. I am hoping I will be able to turn around in the garage with out getting a bike handle up the behind! Seriously we have six bikes, a wagon, and a pull along bike cart in addition to all our stored items!
excellent news on the progress ... love that the paint is impressing you and causing debate for miss b ... maybe YOU will end up moving in downstairs, hmmm? miss you!
